She custom made a lotion with magnesium for my toddler at bedtime and it has been so helpful to put her to sleep, my 2 year old really struggles and her doctor recommended melatonin but I didn’t want to give it to her everyday so I found that rubbing magnesium lotion on the bottom of their feet helps naturally and it works!
